Description

For centuries, songs have been passed down from elder to younger singers amongst Native American cultures. The singers of today look to those who came before them for knowledge and inspiration as they travel the road of a singer. From the Lac Courte Orielle Ojibwe Nation, acclaimed drum group Pipestone pays tribute to the trailblazing singers of yesteryear who have kept the singing traditions alive and acted as the voice of the people.
